The Experience

Gallery Worthy Portraits

Whether it’s your child’s mischievous grin or your dog’s loyal gaze, life moves too fast for these moments to last. At Hound & Heir, I create fine art portraits that freeze time — transforming fleeting memories into heirlooms you’ll treasure for generations.

Each session, held in my Rowville home studio, is designed to be calm, warm, and a little magical. It’s not about forced smiles or perfect poses — it’s about capturing what you feel when you look at them. It’s about making the time to ease into the environment, and above all, to enjoy.

FINE ART CHILDREN’S PORTRAITS

The Experience

For Children – The Wonder Years

My fine art children’s portraits are inspired by old-world charm — vintage styling, classic tones, and natural light that reveals their personality in the most beautiful way.

Your Experience

  • Unrushed Connection: Your child will feel at ease as we create space for genuine expression and emotion.

  • See Them Anew: Parents often say they rediscover their child through these portraits — the quiet wonder, the spark, the innocence that can get lost in daily life.

  • Heirlooms with Soul: Each portrait becomes a piece of living art — something your child will one day show their children.

FINE ART DOG PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY

The Experience

For Dogs – The Heart of the Home

My fine art dog portraits honour the pure love between people and their pets. Whether playful or poised, every dog brings their own story — and my goal is to capture it with empathy, patience, and artistry.

Your Experience

  • Relaxed, Pet-Friendly Sessions: I work with your dog’s natural rhythm to create images full of character and emotion.

  • From Companion to Muse: Seeing your dog through the lens often brings new appreciation for their beauty, loyalty, and personality.

  • A Legacy of Love: Each finished piece becomes a timeless tribute — a way to hold onto their presence long after pawprints fade.
